1. go to google & type "directory list"
2. submit your site to those directories

 

you dont submit your website it dosent really work you just let the search engine spider crawl your website and to obtain fast indexing all you need to do is gather quality backlinks.

Gte backward links to your site, there are a huge amount of sites out there that will let you link in there sites. Find the relevant ones to your site and start there, ones with higher PR are important also.
