Help me to resubmit a AdSense application

    Yesterday I have applied for AdSense for one of my website. Today I have got a messages from google that is bello:

    reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at
    this time.

    We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:
    - Contact address incorrect, incomplete or not provided

    the account information provided on your application is incorrect,
    incomplete, or missing.

    All applications must include a valid and complete address where you can
    receive mail. If you are applying for a business account, you also need to

    information is entered correctly, since payments will be issued to the
    "Payee Name" and checks, if available in your country, will be mailed to
    the contact name and address as listed on your application.

    I have the same issue as op. After login AdSense, there is no button nor link to resubmit/notify Google that we have fixed issues.
    @jicbeats are you saying that we merely have to login and that triggers a new review round of our website? that doesn't make sense to me. I'd appreciate if you can elaborate a little. thanks.
