i have an unverified account from uk. they have limited my account and said to restore using resolution center. i have completed 3 steps of 4. one step is to confirm bank account but i have not added bank account, so this step is not for me. they said that alternatives available but i am not finding any alternative option or link. so what can i do now? May be you should call them and ask for alternative. Calling is always a better option rather than mailing them.
As you have done 3 steps already just give them a phone call and let them know of this for quick sort out of this issue. BTW your location says 'Dhaka' and you are having pp account from uk ?? DON.
yes i m from Dhaka, i have opened this account from UK with help of my friend who lives in UK. and i have made transaction from Dhaka with this pp from Dhaka with no problem. Thanks.

no brother this is not a problem, because i have known many people in our country who are using pp from dhaka without problem.
This seems pretty strange. Since paypal does not offer service in Bangladesh then how can the people access the account from Bangladesh. I am sure paypal trace the login IP. Not able to understand.
