Everytime you feel like buying a pack, try and go aginst it, and throw away your existing collection.

It took me six tries to quit smoking. First I went for a month and then was smoking, then two months and back to smoking and this went on till I quit smoking for six months and then the tobacco just tasted nasty.

I do love a cigar now and then though!

I think that is not true because the more stressed you are, and the more you work.. The more you smoke.

Take one day at a time. Today I’m not smoking, just today. Next day same story…..till you drop it.

About 1 month after you quit, you'll start to get your sense of smell back. Food will taste better, you'll start smelling flowers, cut grass, and moisture in the air on stormy summer days. It sounds gay*, but it totally rules. You'll feel like a kid again.

Best thing is, you'll feel far superior to your filthy stinky smoker friends :)

*not that there's anything wrong with that.

I've had my last smoke on Sunday night. Its been 2 days now and haven't felt like smoking yet. They say the hardest part is when you have drink or 2. I'll have to wait for the weekend to find out for myself!
