From my experience there are no really good seo tools. The success rate is usually quite low, and the links that you end up getting are on so low quality sites that they don't really make a difference in SEO. I would much rather focus your efforts in a smaller list of directories and perhaps outsource the submission process for those if you find it too tedious.
