hi, i am new to seo, i reg new domains a week ago and i want to improve the pr of my blog. i am planning to develop the blog as niche based. Is it possible to get pr within 2 months??? waiting for replies...
Probably not....PR updates every 3 months or so. I think the next update is very soon. You would have to start working on getting quality backlinks soon.
You need to start building backlinks and you should not build backlinks too fast because it may have a negative effect on your site.
PR updates every three months, and the next update will probably be in the next 3 weeks or so. So yes, you can get your pr up within a short span of time - but you are building your PR all the time. It just shows when the PR updates.
first thing to do will be to develop your blog. if you need PR2 by next update, then you need to get few good PR backlinks which will do the job. maybe not in 2 months but 3 months or so. also, why you are so focused on increasing your PR rather than improving your SERP ranking? PR doesn't bring you traffic, SERP ranking does. just build your site and keep building backlinks. over time your SERP ranking will go up and so will the PR
Do not focus on the time, just try your best to build the quality backlink and your PR will definately increase
It is possible if Google export the PR in that period. PR is not your ultimate goal however. Quality content and quality backlinks are the way to success.
Try some reliable article distributing services for a month or two, you can see PR increase by then. PR is just a number of backlink game.
what is serp? how to get back links? it will be very useful to me you let know the answer for this... waiting for the reply...
You should start promoting your blogs with directory submission to relevant categories and high pr directories (for good pr), forum posting, social bookmarkings etc.
You can add unique contents. Do the bookmarkings for the site, do the article submissions and directory submissions.
I recently went from a PR3 to a PR2 and I'm trying to regain what I lost. Entering contests has been an effective way for me to do that.
It appears that OP is completely new to this PR world and so I feel he would do himself good if he initially concentrated on doing commenting job on like minded blogs. Just search for do-follow blogs in your niche and make relevant comments to effectively get good number of back links, which would help you in your PR efforts. Regards, RightMan
What I understand from friend is Unique Article Wizard did a good job on this one but I haven't really tried it.
Join forums, forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. In most forums you are allowed to have a signature and in your signature you can put a link to your website. But another important note to look on is making sure the forum is somewhat related to your website. You will still get credit if it's not, but if it's related to your website than you will be accomplishing two tasks at once.
