help me to get rank 1 for a keyword

Quotes change the way google performed search.
Without quotes google search for all words you've use
With quotes google perform search with exact phrase. Big difference
Do compare
http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=rank+1+google&btnG=Search&meta= - you are 12th here
http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q="rank+1+google"&btnG=Search&meta= - you are the first here
Not many peoples use quites for search.

My first advise - optimize your blog for this phrase. Do follow steps
1. write <h1>rank 1 google</h1> somewhere on the top.
2. write
this blog is describe how to be <strong>rank 1 google</strong> .... etc
3. use META
<META name=description content="This blog s dedicated to rank 1 google techniques">
<META name=keywords content="google, rank, one, 1, blog">

This is necessary steps for primary optimization

 

i do agree that with quotes its precision but point is layman dont do quoted search..
