Use adwords keyword suggestion tool..It is a free tool. It shows level of competition of each keyword and ad share(pulled from adwords ads).

 

I dont think that some will help you on this for free. This is something that you need to do alone.

khaled, you really have to learn to find out these things for yourself. google's adwords tool is very easy to use and has great documentation to help you get started.

that being said, everyone wants high quality keywords with weak competition, it's unlikely anyone will share it with you just like that...

yes very unlikely, but you can find ideas on my blog, i've already wrote tips for beginners, maybe I shouldn't because every new beginners is a potential competitor in this game

 

Google adwords will give you suggestions for your the search words weak competition. But, you should remember word weak competition will make the internet users difficult to find your website on SEO.
So, you should not choose too week words competition.
