Actually, I had done some work of a person in USA online, and I owe him around $50 but he is not paying me. he is satisfied with my work and last message I got from him was that he will pay me soon and after that he stop responding. He is not responding my emails, and remove me from his skype list and when I try to call him I am unable to call him? not sure his phone is not working or his phone is on recording as 1-2 times I am able to leave a message from him. I have his phone number, can any body help me to call him and tell him to pay me? or what else I can do?
