Please help me to get a visa card through payoneer. Today i just visited site but could not find smth from where to start. So please guide me.
You have to sign up at a partner website (uses Payoneer as payment method), like oDesk (check my sig) and you will be able to request your card free. You can't get a card directly from payoneer.
