There are plenty of options for you. Statcounter.com and Google.com/Analytics/ are 2 of the most popular out there. They are both free and provide the information you've requested.

I'm nt getting, what you want to say.. you need visitor information of your website or need visitor information about other websites.

If you need visitor information of your website then you can use google web analytics for that.

if you need visitor information of other website then its quite difficult but you can use alexa.com and compete.com but nobody knows how accurate that data is.

Compete.com and Alexa are good resources to find out more about your competitors website and traffic details.

Google analytics is the best solution for this.

For my website I am using Google analytics as well as Precisioncounter.com

Google counter does not display the hit counter on your website. thats why I am using precisioncounter.

Actually your Web site's own server logs are the best -- they'll report data even if JavaScript is disabled, blocked, or not supported by a given user agent. With Google Analytics and other such services, if a significant portion of your users don't have JavaScript for whatever reason, you're SOL.
