depends on how much you want to spend..if you are serious about your websites, then I wouldn't even touch shared hosting... try a dedicated server or a VPS (servint.net/vps/ is pretty good, I used them before and was really happy)
as of now my adsense sites earnings can accommodate reseller hosting. my bdget as of now is $10 per month

Just to clear something. Reseller hosting isn't going to get you "better" hosting than shared, this just allows you to resell hosting. If you want better hosting I would stick with a VPS or Dedicated server. Otherwise stick with regular shared hosting!
