help me to choose between main keyowrd out of two

    I have developed one site regarding proxy templates http://www.freeproxydesigns.com. But I need your help to choose my main keyword out of two.
    1) free proxy designs
    or
    2)free proxy templates

    I will use only one keyword in my template footer. So that when people use them on their site , I will get a link back using that anchor link

    So what is your suggestion my friends, which is the better keyword for SEO. I am looking for google traffic in this case.

    "Design of Proxy Templates" and "Proxy Template Designs" both work, so why limit yourself.

    Then again, look at your site name, you have already decided on your keywords.

    I think free proxy template designs is good, i will go with it. If you have any other keyword suggestion for me, please free to post here

    i agree with tata_capl,
    Go with 2nd option of keyword...
    as per my point of view...option number 1 = your domain name (so domain name is automatically covering option number 1. so no need to go with 1. it will cover max key phrase )
