help me to build a team without budget

hello friends, I was working on a new social networking site themoneydeals(.)com what is ready to be launched in beta version. but the problem is that I don't have any money to build a team to proceed.

do you have any idea or partnership opportunity ?

 

It is hard to provide ideas as to how to proceed without an idea of what type of team members you believe you need, what the launch tasks will be, what your vision of the opportunity is, etc. Do you need technical help, marketing help, administrative help, etc.?

Currently I need marketing team to build the targeted user base, but basically I need idea about any available process through which we can build the team of like minded and talented peoples to work on a project for free until and unless money comes in to spend.

You ever heard about any company building business with a team of skilled personnel without any capital to build the business.

 

Perhaps you could use Facebook, twitter and other free methods to start promoting your site? I think that sounds more reasonable than trying to build a team without being able to pay them

 

I'm doing the same free methods but this way my site would go slow, very slow. Don't you know about any partnership/JV options or else that could help me and also not requires investment in initial phase ?

 

Yes, absolutely. The key to getting quality people to join your team at a point where there are no funds to pay them, is with the following steps:

1. Sell them on the concept. Have a strong, well-researched business plan.

2. Offer them equity (shares) in your company so that they will enjoy the upside if things go well. You will have to write a contract and put this offer into writing, of course.

Despite my 25 years' experience as a sales and marketing executive and my marketability to employers who will pay for my skills/services, I do occasionally get involved start up companies under the conditions that I list above.

You need to see what you can offer them, and be vulnerable as they work for you for free, at least for the time being. I'd suggest getting people around you to help first.

They might be the best people to help you, since you guys have already established the trust and can discuss face to face.
