    I don't think it's bad.

The only problem you might have is with the SE's. Google tend to look down on .CN because these are very inexpensive and have been used extensively by spammers.

If you do PPC, then you should have no problems. But if you build articles, links, etc... it will certainly take longer to gain SE traffic than if you had a .COM.

    Hope that helps!

I don't think there is any problem with domain extension from SEO Perspective. only thing is mindset of visitors who would think that it is for a specific region only.
I have many .info domains and most of those have high ranking in search engine for their target keywords.

yeah, i think as far as search engines are concerned, a domain is a domain, it'll look more closely at content, links etc then the domain suffix ...

but agree with the customer comments, they will more than likely choose a .com or .info over a .cn, as most people would think it is for a specific country :)

Guys, here I am against of general opinion. First .cn represent to china, this will rank better in china but not for USA.
Country specific domains ranks good in that particular country and most search engines follow this protocol.
There are very few exceptions where I see .co.uk is ranking good in USA.

Here, we have to decide which country you are targeting and then select a relevant domain, I get most of my sales from USA,Canada,UK and Australia. you study your audience and see either you can sell that product in china, if not then forget about it.

One more thing don't go for cheap domains like .info or other, it took lot of time to rank them compare to .com or .net domains.

If you have money to invest, register domain for 2 years, I had seen a good ranking for longer duration domains.

See in SEO, google don't give you any blueprint which you have to follow all studies are based on assumption and logic and what I had present here is what I had learned from Aron(seobook) and Seomoz.org.

    Hope this help you .

I think your landing page is way off target.. if you compare it to a top converting landing page..

    registrycleanerreviews.org

Your pages seems to be more geared like an ifo product eBook sales page not the same as a software DL page like most of the others run..

It easier to just look at what already works and then clone it, improve it.. but I think your page has too much text, its too busy.. remeber your market is probably a little desperate.. their PC is stuffing up and they want bullet points saying quickly here you go.. we will fix this for you.. click here and DL.. it more of a sense of urgency in their purchas so they wont want to spend alot of time reading too much words.

    thats what I think anyway.

    goodl luck with it
