You can try emailing their hosting provider informing them of the copyright infringement. If you can prove it the hosting company will usually suspend the violator's account.

If he has adsense on it. File a DMCA Complaint. just search google for dmca notification.

    Hi there,

    My suggestion:

1st. Try contacting the owner of the page and ask him/her to remove all your contents from his site.
2nd. If the owner refuses/cannot be contacted: email his/her hosting provider and let them know about the copyright infringement. They'll deal with it and probably close his/her account for good. They'll also take down that site.
3rd. If the hosting provider can't be contacted or refuses to deal with your problem then try contacting Google here. They will handle this issue and more likely de-index both the hosting provider and the copycat.

    Hope that helps!

this is the way to go. Crack down that punter and get him down. Don't let the violators rule you.

Yes, as the others suggested, file a copyright infringement. The host has to act on it. If you can afford it, get a lawyer to send it.

It would be a good idea for you to inform the hosting provider.I think they will take care of this business.

You need to contact their hosting provider, and as early as possible try to convince that this is the clone website,
They will suspend the account who copied your website

It's not a Google issue, there are no ads on the site. Just looks like lazy competition.
