help me solve this error while validation

    I am getting this error


    The tag name: "embed" Not found in currently active versions.[XHTML 1.0 transitional]


    How to solve this problem and one more thing i am getting this error for the images i have in marquee

    The tag:"img" is not allowed within: "marquee" It is only allowed within: a, abbr, acronym, address, applet, b, bdo, big, blockquote, body, button, caption, center, cite, code, dd, del, dfn, div, dt, em. . ..[XHTML 1.0 transitional]

    marquee tags aren't valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional

    donot use that
