Help me SEO this page....

I can't really figure out why this page doesn't rank for the term "cruise reviews" atleast in the top 30.

I would really love some help from the experts here.

I'd try mixing up your incoming anchor links - a pretty high % of them (the static ones at least) are identicle ("cruise reviews").

 

Results 1 - 10 of about 13,200,000 for cruise reviews.

You are aiming quite high...

 

@guyfromchicago- What do you mean? And why is that bad? BTW long time no see, how is Chi-Town doing?

 

Not bad per se... but wouldn't it be better to narrow down your terms to specific niches?

 

Yes that is alot but I'm showing very low quality sites trying for it and seomoz.org shows me "cruise reviews" as being only low 40% difficulty ranking.

 

This is a long term goal and I know will take awhile. Just figured I would have seen something by now.

 

imo too many identicle links (in relation to the total number of links) can cause ranking problems for the target terms. I'm no expert, just sharing something I've noticed over the past few years.
