Help me review the format -> will this get problems from google?

I try to make it so the ads look like it is a part of the site.

My question is: will google see this as "luring" the visitors to click the ads, will I got any trouble by doing so?

And/or other suggestions you may have? I'm new at placements thing btw.

The domain is online for a year but I just put adsense up yesterday.

No , its not against tos .. bec u have not done any thing wrong ..

adsense it self gives u the ability to change the colors

 

That's how people use Adsense, you won't get in trouble for that.

No, you're pretty safe that way
Just don't place any title on top of the ads, anything like "sponsors", "partner sites", etc... will get you banned
