When i logged in the morning i found out this Status :Waiting For Seller's Response and 2 button's 1) resolve case 2) goto resolution centre . what am i supposed to do ? this is what i get when i am trying to resolve
Call them and explain your situation. Most PayPal problems can be resolved by a simple phone call. No one here knows the specifics of your transaction or why it has been flagged. Only PayPal can help you with that.
Then you had better give them a call.But I am afraid you can not get the money back,because paypal always side with the buyer... .Good luck mate
Pray friend, pray. paypal really sucks. there are many stories, ended miserable. its is that one case of thousands. call them they wont listen to you. its really like perdition. lesson no:1 Do not put your eggs in very one basket.
Call them, most of the support reps don't do their job to the fullest just say. "I sent this guys item, and i'm sick of being hassled by these people that chargeback, can you just cancel the dispute?" I always say that and it works for me.
first of all i would like to thank everyone who replied to my qury Here and update ! I replied to paypal with the details saying the buyer did not provided any details ,though i havent sold him any physical item..i have done a service for him but still i do not have any proof of it . Heres what i get in my resolution centre window Resolution Center – Case Reversal Details This case is under review. Status : Awaiting other party's response Its second day now and the buyer has not replied to paypal ...If by any chance if he fails to reply ...will i get my moneyback ? or will paypal hold the amount forever ?
You will have to wait on Paypal. If the guy does not response to Paypal, then maybe they will side with you. In the future make sure you keep good records.
