Help me populated my directory with links - not your own

I am in the process of starting a premium paid directory

But before i actually start selling links i am in the process of populating the directory index with authority links that have 0% chances of buying a link in my directory

Plan to manually add close to 3K to start with

Can someone suggest me a source where i can get bulk links and dont have to waste to much time to actually review them

I think delicious is perfect for this.

This will find established/authority sites:

This will find new and upcoming sites:

I think adding newly popular sites will be vital to making a usefull database.
