I read somewhere that Google were looking into only allowing certain sites that you allowed in your user panel display your ads.

However publisher ID or not, this guy is merely telling people to click on the ads.

I find adlogger quite hard to set up on some domains so I use PHPadsnew to only serve adsense to someone for a certain number of times then serve another type of ad.

Make sure if you're using PHPadnews that you don't tick the box that say "alter the html code to enable tracking" :)

After getting stupid responce from myspace here is what i am replying and sending a legal notice tommorow to their legal department.

I am getting tired of this half assed customer support. The only time i get any positive response from you guys is when i am reporting underaged profiles.

Listen closely to my problem. If i get another half assed response i am escalating this problem. is that clear? lol copied from somewhere :D:D:D:D

Are you standing to lose a lot of money via Adsense if you get banned, jaree? Because all this lawyer stuff is sort of moving things up a notch...

How much? In any case, I'm not sure if siccing your lawyer on Myspace was a good idea. You can't honestly think they'll be scared by your lawyer?

How long have you been holding this adsense account?

Google is not responding - we know how they are in such cases.
Myspace - giving all kinda foolish answers.

Do you think he had any other option Jack?

We pay them fixed amount a month even if there is no need for them in that month so why not need them.

Legal matters are always atleast taken seriously so i hope for the best i know they wont be scared but it will give them some attention atleast :)

Welcome to the club, I don't want to say google will ban you but it's a possibility they do and according to their TOS - they can do it whenever they want, they can do it even without checking the issue - thats google ;)

Well, reading through the posts here, I've come to the following conclusion:

    1. I suspect that you posted the "Click my ads" comments on Myspace yourself. Why? When I looked through your past threads at the following link:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/search.php?searchid=2083740&pp=25&page=3

Most of your online business revolves around selling and buying Myspace accounts with "xxx" amount of friends etc.. this makes me highly suspicious of this issue.

    2. I fail to understand why anyone would deliberately use Myspace to post such comments to VISIT your site and CLICK on your ads, unless there was something to gain from it. The only person as of now, with ANYTHING to gain from those comments, would be you.

    3. In reference to your following posts:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=1717767&postcount=27
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=1718406&postcount=37

You continuously mention legal actions, lawyers and attorneys; but to me, it all sounds made up (prove me wrong).

    4. This post made me laugh:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=1716061&postcount=18

You're acting very tough by throwing the words "legal action" and "lawyer" around. Does this 'lawyer' even have a law degree? No lawyer in a right state of mind would pursue such ridiculous, minor matters. Unless you earn 7 figures from Adsense - which I doubt.

    5. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=1718941&postcount=50
You hire programmers, you own a company and your father also owns company. Not just any company, but a company wealthy enough to hire lawyers on a monthly basis? Why doesn't these facts fit in with the context of your Myspace accounts selling hobby?

Sorry if my post is harsh, but this thread simply gives me the impression of an attempt to makes a big deal out of nothing.

    That's all from me really.

Not Harsh at all its just too long to write a good reply. First of all yes i was very active in myspace game few months back. I had 54 accounts and some with even 230,000 friends. All of them were above 8000 friends. I bought them all for like thousands and its the time when myspace account was considered very valueable. I have also owned myspace resource sites that were making $100s a day but then i got out of it all. I sold my myspace sites and when i sold them all i had no use for the accounts i bought. They were worth over $5000 and i paid more then that for them. I had to recover that money so i sold them. I still have couple of accounts laying around which i will list for sale sometime.

You have no Idea how law firms work. There are law firms out there who charge a constant rate and protect the companies. Some even have more then 100 of companies signed under protection and they are considered their lawyers. When you contact that companies legal department its that law firm which get paid by that company. Those lawyers dont work just for one company. There are simple rules like
Max of 70 hours a month will be covered under insurance. I dont know the exact # of hours for our plan sorry
If the case gets too big then you will have to pay them more but its still disscounted price then regular etc. I hope you understand, Every lawyer has several clients who pay him monthly to protect in case their is some legal problem. They get paid no matter what every month. I think i have explained enough if you still dont get what i mean then i dont feel need for explaining all that again.
Its not a biggy to have your own lawyers, We are not paying them 10000000000s i think my companies plan is around $2200 a month with 24 hour legal advice on any matters personal or business. I would guess about somewhere close to 100 hours of court representation and so on and so forth. I have never used lawyer where i have to spend more then that and i dont think i will ever need to because its better to solve things mutually but honestly i can afford a full time lawyer too but anyways i dont need to explain that to you. This post is just useless crap :D

I think you are new to adsense so you dont know what, how can my competitors benefit from that or the people who know how much i value my account.

I talk about lawyers and Attorney's because i have access to all that. They are involved in my every day business matters. They know what i am doing and i contact them first incase of any such problems.

Your post was not helpful at all and was of no need. I would suggesst that if you are just going to through stuff in air and have no intention of helping me then get out of this thread and start your own thread bashing me or whoever you like. Some people just dont have anything better to do so they waste time on crap like that.

Forgot this so here it is,

Your post was not harsh it was just USE LESS. You think its not a big deal that i am at risk of lossing my account. You might not value your account that much or might not even have one but i value it a lot so it is a big deal for me. ;):D

Um, yes. It's only been what, a day? How about being civilized with Myspace and asking for a quick resolution instead of saying, "Do it now or I'm going to sue you!" As soon as you mention "lawsuit" or "my lawyer" they immediately stop all correspondences with you and hand it over to their own lawyers. That means forget about any quick action on their part in response to your requests; they're not going to do anything that might lend credence to your allegations against them. So yes, his option was to keep asking them, and bugging them, and emailing them. They might not do it very fast, but then again, how many corporations do you know that does anything very fast?

As to Google, well, it's Google. He probably threatened them with a lawsuit, too, and in which case they'd do the same thing. You can't go around threatening to sue people because they didn't act fast enough for you. No one likes being threatened, especially when you're a big ass corporation like Google and Myspace.

Now, I hope the OP gets this resolved, but from what I can tell, he's just digging himself deeper and deeper. I understand the frustration and the need to act, but sometimes it's best to take a deep breath and realize that threatening everyone and their momma with a lawsuit ain't the way to go.

But in any case, that's all for me on this matter. Good luck, OP.

It's quite ironic because if myspace were so quick to respond & on the ball a bit more then you probably wouldn't have gotten away with making so much cash from them :p
