    I am currently working on my site 200 Ways to make money online..... I have put up adsense on it. when I am managing my site I have to view it again and again to find whats looks the best. Am I violating Adsense TOS?

    just don't click on the ads. it will be totally OK and safe. if you click on the ads then your account will be banned instantly.

    first check what is not getting shown-
    'the website cant be found' message in between posts, very irritating.
    it appears some script is not being played
