    Hi Guys, I started this site 4 months ago and write with my own content. http://www.dukaweb.net/ . I'm using blogger with custom domain and apply for Adsense twice.
    The first time Google answer me: Copyrighted material. I check and correct this problem.
    This time Google answer Site does not comply with Google policies.
    Please take a look at my site and tell me why.

    This is often Google polite way of telling you that your site sucks. It does. The rejection message often often also has this in it:
    Your site offers no value

    Your site is just another one of a zillion tech blogs that is very poorly written with a poor use of the English language and grammar and just parrots what is already on a zillion other sites --> nothing unique or compelling about it.
