I recently had this logo designed for a website I am working on and the problem I am having is with the size of the file. The actual logo when in full size is what I need but the big background is way too big and I neither have the knowledge or sotware to seperate the two so I have just the actual logo without the colored background. Can you please help me with this issue. Also I have the psd file but it was to big to upload here

I'm confused by what you mean...

There is no background on that image that I posted, the background is transparent so it will take on the background color of whatever you put it on top of.

    Ahhh, I found the problem!

Your file is a .png (with transparency). IE6 has issues with .png's that have transparency, the transparency shows up as a light blue instead of colorless.

Convert to .gif with transparency and you'll be fine.

    edit: Better yet, here:

Yep I run into that same IE6 problem a few times a week.. Drives me nuts because I usually think all is good and close my Fireworks program only to realize an hour later to check the page on IE6..

Yea a gif will work and also a PNG can work too if it is saved as PNG 8 with index transparency..

That is a nice looking logo by the way and looks nice on the ecommerce site..

Which ecommerce script is that you're running? If you do not mind me asking! It looks like a nice application.. Is that like a Cube or Zen app?
