    1) Use as many keywords as you like, as long as they are relevant to your product/service.

But don't make huge amount of keywords....Let's say 30-50 per ad group is ok

    2) It's not easy to explain how to improve CTR,because they are lots of factors you need to know. Read about it in Help Center

Well keywords may be endless... but the very must thing is to categorize them properly under different adgroups so, different ad. variations for different keywords this.. is very small way to increase your CTR.

May i know your product.... if you don't mind. (P.M. me)

    Thanks_

To get a good clickthrough rate, your advert needs to appeal to the people that see it.

So really, you need a few things:

    1) Your keywords must be relevant to what you do/sell.

    2) People have to see your advert - if it's bland and looks like everyone else's, nobody will notice it.

    3) You need to convince people that they should click on your advert. Tell them why you are better than everyone else...

Make a pretty healthy keyword list...

But don't go overboard. Make sure to target
keywords in your niche. Also throw in a few
    mis-spellings, competitor names, and brand
    names in your niche.

Also make sure you constantly test your ads
so you can figure out what is generating the
    best CTR.
