    The template you want to use is yours ? if yest than you can else you have to find any other free template.. you can't use others template in your blog.

    Any code is copyrighted to the individual responsible for coding it. You can't just help yourself to any code or style. Unfortunately that is copyright infringement and as RaPeRbOy said you are asking for a lot of trouble.
