    Sign Up with Your Existing Gmail Account, if Haven't Yet then Make New Account, Complete The Sign-up Procedure, Then On 2nd Thing Make Your Ad Then on 3rd Step put Keywords and Choose Your Desir Countries In Which countries you would like to Promote Your site

    Then At the End Billing Profile, and Add Your Credit Card with exact Billing Information, Should Avoid VCC,

    When Google will Validate Your CC Then Your Account will be Active shortly when you Fill $$ or Any other Currency In Your Account,

    5$ Is Activation Fees

    Then after couple of Hours Your Ad will be Running

    first you make an account proparly sing up than put your keyword and choose country then add your credit card.

    You will be asked whether you want postpay or prepay credit card option. Choose carefully as you will not be able to reverse your decision. I recommend postpay to ensure no interruption in your campaigns.
