Hi all......
I successfully signed up at Google Analytics and Got the code. I have copied that code and saved in a word document. But I don't know where to save it on my Blog and so my Google Analytics is not active yet.

It's not doing any good in a word document. You need to follow the Google Analytics instructions and place the code on every page you want tracked. It's easy to place the code in the FOOTER or HEADER file because these files are usually used in every page.

What is your blog platform? If you are using Wordpress's self hosted, you insert your Google Analytics HTML code into header.php or footer.php.

If you are following step and instruction of Google analytic s, it will lead you in proper direction.
You can use analytics code in your header section of your site pages .

Follow the Google analytics instructions, it mentions very clearly where you can paste the code. In case you are using Wordpress , just use a plugin for adding analytics.

Its easy to insert the code in blog, but you have not mentioned your blogging platform. I have found one blogspot in your signature and sometimes think that you are in a hurry for some purpose(may be blog promotion), even forgot to response(even-though your problem solved) to answers/recomendations by different members.

Just place it before the closing </head>

Since 2009 Asynchronous code is being used, other parts of your site can be loaded while analytics is loaded from Google ... so you can place it in your header, before the content
