    Get yourself NetworkActiv PIAFCTM - It will save all the incoming data packets.

    Chose file mode
    Browse for an empty folder
    Click start
    Go to the video you want to download
    Wait until the video buffers up
    Go to your folder and find a large flv file
    Search for flv video converter online and install it
    Convert your flv into whatever format you need
