Help me please - all campaigns have been shut down

    Hi,

I'd appreciate any advice on this:

All of my content campaigns have been shut down, even though I used to have up to 1.5% CTR and a quality score of OK or Great.

Why is this happening? How can I fix it?

I don't think it's a matter of bidding as this is all the campaigns and zero impressions.

    Thanks

I'm guessing you'll need to talk to google about it. They should let you know. It could be a bug on their end.

Not to question the validity of any of the other posts on this thread but you do not need another company to handle this for you. The best thing you can do is contact Google and ask them why your accounts have "shut down".

Your accounts may have been suspended or it may be a technical problem that Google doesn't know about.

No external company or person is going to have access to your detailed account information from Google. Contact G and I am sure they can straighten it out for you.

    Good Luck.

Much like the previous two posters have made quite clear: you need to contact Google.

Posting here is going to be met with purely speculation and "theories" whereas a simple e-mail to Google with simple questions will get you the answers you're looking for.

Fire off an e-mail and wait for a response. I'm sure they will clear up any of your confusion.
