Hi, I own a game-relate website(blog) that receives 350,000 uniques per month. I only wish to use cpc networks, with at least a $.02 cost per click. My ads I run seem to get a high ctr, at around 12%. I don't know why, but they do. I have gotten rejected from the major cpc networks, because my content was "good" enough. Please help me find a cpc network that could fill at least 70% of my 350,000 unqiues(probably 40,000 clicks) every month at least a $.02 cpc cost. I also have been banned from google, due to ads too close to images. Thanks, and lmk.

Hmm... maybe you should try adbrite. They have decent CPC. I got like $0.18 from one click the other day. But, their eCPM isn't that great and they pay via check.
Also, you should maybe try using infolinks or adbrite in-link ads to optimize ads within your content.

Adbrite are just as good as adsense in my opinion. They may not pay as much though but they have a system in place nearly as good as google.
