Hey everyone, so I'm almost done with my site, and wanted opinions on 2 domains I have. www.dapzone.com (dap means Digital Audio Player like dapreview.com) www.audioplayerworld.com Which one do you prefer, and why? Thanks!
www.audioplayerworld.com i don't think many ppl know what's a digital audio player, most of them refer it as mp3 player
True, I only started leaning towards dapzone because its much shorter and I think I can make a nice logo for it
Why not develop both? I have no preference either way, however, audioplayerworld.com is more descriptive and will lend itself more readily to seo'ing.
dapzone rings better in my ear ... i think if you're in it for the long run, go with something that "sounds" right - you'll want it to be easily memorable, and dapzone fits that criteria
Back to the brandable vs keyword thing , this site will be with me for the long run, so it won't be some scraper site, and you guys are right, dapzone does sound better and can be said easier. Do people actually look at your url in the results when they're searching? I know I don't, I usually just look over the title and description real quick, and for the site, I could just put something like: dapZone -small description of site - you know...in small letters under the logo. Any more opinions!? Thanks everyone.
