i have had a good experience with me blog on bloger and now i am looking forward to start a new website......so i want a domain name and hosting......... but the thing is that i have only 12$ in my paypal account and i want to use only these.........tell how can i get domain name for 12$ through PAYPAL...... and if possible then hosting too............
