    I allready did a few

    Sure, it's actually very simple, it is done with the Liquify filter (Adobe Photoshop)
    Basically a few clicks on the forehead, a few on the chin and a few on the eyes + green hue

    I actually wrote a tutorial for this some time ago and it got a lot of positive response for it :)
