I recently redesigned my website and I believe that is has good quality content on it. Almost all of my pages are indexed by Google, but I think that I should be getting more SE traffic. Your tutorial pages could point to main tutorial category and two tutorials (previous / next) I see an extra useless h1 tag in some pages. <h1 align="center" class="title"> </h1> Code (markup): You could probably use h2 in some of these articles. Apart from this, you need to get a lot of links from related websites SE traffic is never permanent unless you continue to work on it !!
I checked that you have a few backlink that may need more. I just look around your website. For my point of view, I think your website should more eye-catchy design. I feel it's little boring to me.
