can i "buy traffic" to work for the affiliate network ?

Buying traffic on traffic exchanges is not advisable. It's a waste of money because traffic is not targeted.

 

only way to realistically buy traffic would be with adwords or bidvertiser with targetted keywords

 

As long as the program your working with allows for example PPC traffic then you could do that.

 

So any conversion? like others say, the traffics may not be targeted unless you use keyword targeted traffics.

 

U can buy traffic as long as u r getting conversions.
