I am confusing one thing, how to decide my keywords?
For example, keywords: china product manufacturer, china products manufacturer, china product manufacturers, china products manufacturers.
For these 4 keywords, if I need to put those all on my website keywords and description? Or just put some of them?
These are all my main keywords.
    Pls give me ideal, Thanks

Use a different set of keywords for each page of your site. You need to find a happy medium between the number of searches and the number of other sites that already use that keyword, in an ideal world you would find a relevant key phrase that has 20,000 searches a month and no other sites using it.

You dont want to many per page, 2 or 3 good ones will be sufficient.

Try and put your main keyword in your title and description, in the first paragraph of your site and in the H1 and H2 tags and also in the anchor text of a link on your page. This would be a good start.

Your description shouldnt be identical to your title but should still have your keyword in a prominent position, eg:

    title: china product manufacturer
Description: China products manufacturer, products from shangai.
Keywords: china product manufacturer, china products, manufactured in china, Chinese products....bla bla bla

I wouldnt bother to much about the keywords they arent really used any more but some of the insignificant little engines still send a couple visits a month!

Scatter your secondary keywords throughout your page, in the first paragraph, maybe in a H3 tag nearer the bottom or try and get one in your description tag if you can.

Just my thoughts but it always works when i do it similar to this.
