Oh, what a pity! Does you site have some spam actions, or is your website full of duplicate content?
It is not wise to resubmit it to Google at once. You need to update your site regurally and then submit it to Google with Google Webmaster Tool.

Rankings do fluctuate. You cannot help it as they depend on Google's algorithmic updates.
Continue your Seo efforts for your targeted keywords and keep updating your content. That's the best you can do to get ranked well.

Just did a whois search on your domain... looks like it was registered in August 2010. If that's the case, your site is brand new... Google flirts with it for a few weeks, then at some point sandboxes your site, you disappear from any meaningful rankings, and in time it climbs back. Be patient and keep doing things on the up & up and you'll be fine.
