Good luck with that, many people post there problems such as this everyday. Use accurate correct info when registering follow their polices and you shouldn't have a problem :)

Just treat this as a lesson, you are illegally using others information to register your paypal, whats the use of having money in there at all. If I were you, and if Paypal do not yet accept my country I will think of other ways. Doing this is both illegal and unethical.

Very sad to see that, it is very unfair that those nigerian scammers cause honest nigerians all these problems. But such is life I suppose. There are a lot of ppl with experiences with Paypal around here, perhaps one of them could give you guidance to get back the money?

There are people selling limited accounts everyday in the buy/sell/trade section. Not sure about the luck with it, but I see people buying them.

Thats a bit of a generalization, if he is scamming, he won't have only 400+ bucks in his account, as he mentioned, he earned it out of affiliate links etc. These are hard earned money and I really hope he can have them back though the way he applied for Paypal is dubious.

You'll be suprised that those so called actual Nigeria scams are not really ran by Nigeria people, 90% of them can trace back to US.

I am not surprised, Nigerian scams is just a general name for 419 scams, a lot originated elsewhere. Though it is true that Nigerian had a lot of scammers in action, it is still not appropriate to label all Nigerian as scammers.
