help me make my left banner appear first in HTML.

    i run adsense monetized site at thebulltrader.com

    u see the top banner and the left banner? the left banner has a much higher CTR, so i want the left banner to show up first in the HTML (supposedly this will put higher paying ads on the left banner?)

    does anyone know how to accomplish this?
