    your design is not so bad , but I think it is far from ccna .
    the blue theme of the two side bars is good , you can change the background and the header banner .

    In order to make money from your site via adsense, it is important that the appearing ads are targeted and relevant to the content. In your site, I saw totally irrelevant ads. There can be different reasons for that:
    The content on the home page might not be enough. Or the reason can be your site's Niche, you should do section targeting, that will help you get relevant ads.

    Try to post some really unique and of course good content to your blog because if your content is good the readers will increase and if readers increase then automatically you’ll make money via adsense, but if you were really making money by adsense as you said in your question then I suggest you to buy your own domain, Own domain matters most.

    Remember post unique content and the appearing ads should be relevant to the content.

    Get your site fixed. It is a MFA website which never makes good money. Good contents is the key. You should place maximum 3 ads on one page.
