    Right when someone does a offer, it executes a script that you can use to instantly credit on your site.

    I know there are some CPA networks listed in my sig that have this feature, but can't remember which ones, so that's all I can help you on that one sorry.

    Out of all the ones you have mentioned though I believe maxbounty is the best one listed there from my experiences.
