Help Me Make a Contact Form and Application Form?

Discussion in 'HTML & Website Design' started by MrHenley, Aug 13, 2010.

I am getting my newest payday loan site up and I need to add a form to the contact page as well as implement the loan application into my page. (My traffic fills out the application, it is emailed to me and my affiliate.) But all the form generators online are crap. Anyone know of a good one? The contact form only needs 3 fields, but the application needs about 40 I think.

I'm using 'kontactr' for my blogspot blog. It helps my reader to sent email directly into my Inbox. Hope it works for you too, Google the name 'kontactr' and you'll get the URL.

I checked it out. It's all off-page stuff. I need a html form that I can integrate into my pages with no link back or anything. That's why I preferred a generator, really.

I like using the Tectite system. They have a free method or a wizard that you have to pay for. I use the free method since the code has a lot of comments and is easy to understand. Also, on each part of their code they have a link to their website with more information about what each part of the code does.

I've made several forms using Tectite and have been very happy. Combine the form with some basic css and html knowledge and you'll have yourself a nice looking, very functional form.

    Here is their website:

    http://www.tectite.com/

    Hope that helps,

    Brandon

Not sure what the thread starter wants either... But, for readily used contact form, I still suggest freedback[dot]com. For customized contact form, the thread pointed by blogspotmedia may be useful ^^

You could go to themeforest and buy an awesome php contact form system for about $5. I've found them easy to set up and fully functional.
