Hi, we are working on a Wordpress template, where we need to integrate this twitter widget. Can someone help us locate, which plugin does exactly, what you see ?

I know that. We already implemented it, but none of them is close to this look. If I remember, I have seen this in some live wordpress websites, just not able to recollect.
You know, it is probably just one of the Twitter plugins that has been customised (in terms of CSS and images). Take a look here and you'll see different appearances of the same plugin: http://xhanch.com/wp-plugin-my-twitter/2/ I'm not saying it's this one, but just the fact it's more likely to do with the site's own customisation than a specific plugin.
As Ryan said its most likely tweaked to look like that. It should be no problem to take any twitter feed plugin and make it look like that its pretty standard
No need of any plugin, just go to twitter developer page and copy paste the widget code to the text widget in wordpress
