    Hi,
    Making it short and simple. Please let me know what this thread is all about.

    I claimed BIN sold for the site, after 30 minutes I dare to PM him. eventually in between someone offered him $5 extra and he is ready to give away to someone else.
    If i claimed the domains to be sold, how he could sell it to someone else.
    Now, when I'm offering his extra that to guy he is selling to, he is saving his reputation and pretty confused as i offered $40 extra now.
    So, what is the meaning of BIN when someone wants to sell his site.
    Is the PM only way to buy sites even though seller only need to be responded at thread posts.
    I really dunno why he made mess with his sell?
    what should i do now?

    If the auction ended/you BIN'd it at $30, you are entitled to receive the site for the amount posted.

    Once you bid or BIN, you're in a contract with the seller. The seller clearly broke that contract. Once a moderator sees this thread, they'll be able to help you more, and possibly issue the appropriate infraction.
