help me install wired connection

    my wireless has been having tons of problems this past week, i have a linksys router and a wire, i plug in the wire to my computer/router but don't know how to get it to connect. the router is fine, my wireless card on the computer just has problems. if you can help me set it up with the wire i can pay you , it should be really easy.
