HELP me install a script and I'll pay you !

    Hey guys,
    I'm kind of new here...I'm trying to install a image hosting upload script, and i get an error:

    I think that's becuase I don't actually have a MySQL database, so I need one created. If someone could help me with that and the install of the script itself, I'd pay. E-gold only...
