Not sure what you want to do. If you want G to remove all the indexed content from your site for ever and forget the page rank, then you should set robots.txt to not allow googlebot to those pages, and gradually the indexed content will dwindle (over weeks). To test your robots.txt, go to google webmaster tools. The other way of doing the same thing is set the robots meta tag. Other way is to just remove those pages so that robot gets 404, but then nobody sees them!

If the content itself is what is worrying you and you want G to replace what it has with other URLs then 301 redirect to different content.

The robots.txt you have just disallows everybody from getting to the index.php page. Robots will still go to the other pages.

What problem are you trying to solve actually?

r u sure ehmmmmm it's not about legal or something ?
you can ask google to delete your url, and they will delete all of them within 6 months ( this is normal method) otherwise u do blackhat seo that can cause your website's not get indexed ( i don't recommend this, use at your own risk ) within a couple days/weeks

You can either ban google on crawling your root directory.

Or follow the steps on this page

IF you had set up a Google Webmaster Account, you could have used their new Removal Tool.

Otherwise you can hope that the robots.txt file will work. But I would change it to :

    User-Agent: *
    Disallow: */ */

Also, change the home page from ~ home.php to index.html or what ever. This brakes the primary link and therefore the "site is down" under legal terms. Clean up is the responsibility of the SEs.

But may I suggest that if you are going to be "hehe am lil mad", set up the Webmaster Account for these sites. It is quicker and easer on everyone.

i had webmaster account and i have requested 5 times to remove whole site
    but it says

    request denied
    and it take me here

Why was my URL removal request denied?

Your request may have been denied because your content did not meet the eligibility requirements for removal.

To block a page or image from your site, do one of the following, and then submit your removal request:

    * Make sure the content is no longer live on the web. Requests for the page or image you want to remove must return an HTTP 404 (not found) or 410 status code.
    * Block the content using a meta noindex tag.
    * Block the content using a robots.txt file.

To remove your entire site, or a complete directory, use a robots.txt file.

It appears that the pages you want to delete for Google are still live. To remove a site from the Google Index, it must be remove from the internet and that means, no page should be found. Just breaking a link does not remove the pages.

When Google requires that the pages be removed, they mean that the page must no longer exist. So move the pages to a different domain to archive it. Resubmitt the removal, and when done, you can adde the pages back if needed.

    To Delete A Page use:
    The correct format is <meta name="robots" content="noindex,nofollow,noarchive">
