I wanted to do a research on the behavior of someone who are either wanted to buy a new site or domain, about what people are looking when they want to purchase a websites or domain. When you buy a website or domain, what would you like to see to focus on? Meaning like, most people like to get to know the revenue or whether or not adsense is banned on the site, stats such as alexa, google pr. Like, when people want to buy a proxy site, they want to know if the site got any revenue, does it gets blocked by web filters. Please help me by telling me your preferences in this matter. Thanks.
